Belfast’s indie electronic duo NEW PORTALS [Ruth Aicken & Michael Aicken] have released a new single titled Sober with all proceeds going to Macmillan Cancer and the Go Sober For October campaign.
The new single follows the release of the band’s debut EP “Stereo” [title track shared below] earlier this year.
“Sober” is unquestionably jejune… Although never shallow, the vocals glide through aromatic, diaphanous and melted synthesizers to create an atmosphere filled with melancholy and ever-glistening images…
All proceeds for SOBER sales across all platforms in October 2017 go to Macmillan as part of the Go Sober For October campaign
