After a fantastic UK tour in October 2025, the highly praised British Blues guitarist JOANNE SHAW TAYLOR has revealed that the award-winning British blues guitarist Connor Selby will join her as a special guest for her January 2026 UK Tour.
Joanne stretches the boundaries of what bluesy rock can be, by creating sounds & ambiances that are both expansive and, at the same time, intimate.
We described her 2025 album release “Black & Gold” as a “…cocktail of delights…” that “strikes a balance between unabashed vulnerability, brave invention, and audacious intent.”
We’ve described Connor Selby’s music as “retro-style tunes that truly capture the essence of authentic blues…”
The tour begins on Sunday January 25th at Edinburgh Queen’s Hall, followed by dates at Buxton Opera House (Jan 26), Blackpool Opera House (Jan 28), Sunderland, The Fire Station (Jan 29), and Palace Theatre, Southend-on-Sea (Jan 30). See the tour poster (below) for dates and venues near you.
Joanne will perform songs from her extensive collection of albums, such as “Heavy Soul,” “Nobody’s Fool,” and “The Blues Album,” (which reached number one on Billboard’s Official Blues Album Chart) as well as choice-cuts from the recent release, “Black & Gold.”
Tickets are available from Gigantic.com, Planetrocktickets.co.uk, and joanneshawtaylor.com with meet & greets available from joanneshawtaylor.com
