From the ever avant-garde city of Vienna emerges Chili and the Whalekillers — an Icelandic/Austrian five piece band armed with an array or artfully crafted indie pop songs all packed with considerable danceability.
Their third album “Turn” is to be released in the UK on May 11th in conjunction with a UK regional tour that includes performances at the Great Escape and Liverpool Sound City Festivals.
We listened to title track Turn from the album:
This is exceptionally dynamic and janglesome power-folk.
With anklets of loving percussion, malted vocals and panhandling guitars that seem artistically busking fresh without losing anything in production.

Fun, finely produced power-pop with expertly brewed vocals and lots of rhythm lollipops…
