Sweden’s Theo Berndt ( Emil Lundin, Fredrik Johansson, Oscar Rydelius and Linus Lundin) have been premiering their new single ‘Guess You Never Thought Of It That Way’ (out on 8 July).
We had a listen:
A chipper Morse beat creates rippled reflections across the whole piece…
While lightly flaked & hilariously assembled vocals fluster.
The sounds are vaguely Caribbean in fruity health.
The melody is built up into something that’s big enough to take you away on it’s carpeted back.
And this is always quirk-filled.
