The Brooklyn-based five-piece Starlight Girls have released their new single Intrigue.
We had a listen:
This whizzing coconut ice & popcorny deal beeps and bounces along until it nudges its trill deep inside your heart.
With flashes of brilliant voice and twists of loopy indie-pop candy-cane synth madness…This is as delicate as a basket made of sugar and as clean as a silver-white whistle.
It reminded us of Shakespears Sister in pitch, flavour and altitude.
Very fine. Very penetrating.
With extremely intricate synth & guitar puzzles.
