We have previously described Venice Trip as “psychedelic perfection in crystalized form…” When we reviewed their ‘Look Forward’ EP which we said was “superbly executed and wonderfully achieved.”
Next month they issue their single ‘Said Too Much’.

We had a listen:
This rides along with a classic rock ‘n’ roll rhythm that is set-up by strumming guitars and box-top drummery — while a chromium voice simpers, rises and purrs.
A low-confident bass also bumps things along.
When the song opens-up, like a clearing in a dense tanglewood forest, this is a glorious affair. Part Syd Barrett, part # 9 Dream Lennon.
