Introducing to RAW RAMP readers the snotty arrogance of FALSE HEADS.
We listened to “Thick Skin” produced in Pete Townsend’s studio and due for release 1st July:
This has just about the right blend of pride and lordliness.
Alchemically mixed with grunge-filled guitars and the kind of attitude you thought might have died in the school yard back in the autumn of ’77.
Even Danny Fields (the Ramones manager) likes this band: “I was almost giving up, but now my hope for the future of rock n’ roll is renewed – for me that’s a very big deal…”
So give ’em a listen.
