Glasgow rock band ALTERED SKY generate energy with their new track “Surrounded”
The Scottish band gather their thoughts and place them into the frame, letting them formulate to create a razor-sharp effect. The act also commit to the pop punk concept, but add a certain groove and rock feel, making their newest contribution more than a drop in the musical well.
Beats and thunderous guitar-tones merge joyously with the melodic vocals of lead singer Ana Nowosielska. She sings bravely, and bellows when she needs, adding depth and diversity.
And this band emerged in 2010 and since then they have lit the scene. Their hard working ethos and courageousness has earned them a place in many hearts. Not only have they delivered good, honest rock music, they’ve never changed their personas to fit a particular shape.
Turning heads is what all bands want and Altered Sky have done so. Their ingenuity and ability is rooted and they should be applauded for their craft and graft. And Surrounded is the first contribution since the band’s debut record Without Wonderland back in 2015.
On the basis of this thumping song, the next album will be an opus to be reckoned with.
