For the weekend of 24-26 May 2013 the Handmade Festival, Leicester will take over venues and more ‘unusual’ spaces across the city – and fill them with awesome things.
Music, comedy, art, photography – you name it.
Organisers aim to bring the best national and international performers to the city – and have them play alongside the awesome local talent they have to offer.
The people behind Handmade have been putting on shows for over a decade, working tirelessly to bring awesome people and things to the city of Leicester. Five years ago, they started a local festival called White Noise Christmas with their friends. This is the next logical step.
Dutch Uncles, Arcane Roots, Johnny Foreigner, The Twilight Sad and Tall Ships and lots of other exciting names are already confirmed.
