Established in 2011 by brothers Wyatt and Fletcher , neo-punk band The Garden consistently defies categorisation but the twins admit to drawing inspiration from a background in punk classicism infused with elements of 90’s hip hop and big beat electronica.

Their two-piece bass and drums essence is dirty, raw and very immediate…
We checked Crystal Clear [see below] – Here’s what we thought:
Eerily doomed and grumpily lumpy. With a glue-ball beat.
This has a formidably foreboding presence lurking within its ashen heart.
Like a storm-demon awaiting release.
A loose-stringed bass-note twangs out like a blousing garter …
And the vocal rapidly flies out – like a storm of megabats from the most despair filled cave-mouth on Hell Island.
This is weeping, tripping, darkness.
