The new Ghosts of Eden video “Happy” is out now – taken from their forthcoming album – What Makes You Happy – release day 10TH FEB 2015.
The New York City rockers founded in 2009 comprise of Tom (lead vox/guitars/lyrics) Rich (guitars) Miles (bass) Benny (drums, keys, backing vox) – they might remind you of Foo Fighters or Stone Temple Pilots.

We have been listening to “Happy” :
An umbilical vein of guitar starts the ride … after that it takes only a few seconds for the song to reach maximum intensity.
Then it starts steaming like a prize bull trapped inside a Rothko gallery – and it starts zooming like a Plymouth Superbird on the home straight.
A bass-heavy riff chatters along with infectious, bumptious attitude while the vocal also has cocky charm but is filled with persuasion.
Then you reach the central bridge – and how delicious is that? With guitar stings that are, simply, dangerous.
And, it is freezing cold, yes – but it also full of feeling.
This is as stimulating as rock ever becomes – with more buzzability than a cigarette bomb.
It is so fast and so sharp it will shave bits off. Beware!
