Kosoti Gone Too Far

After a near death experience in 2013, Kosoti lead singer and songwriter Allan Hyslop realised he needed to treasure every moment of his life by doing what he loved most, writing and performing music.

The new single ‘Gone Too Far’ was produced by Adrian Hall and follows the success of 2014’s ‘Bark and Sticks’ which saw widespread airplay for the Newcastle upon Tyne band.

Kosoti – Finger-plucked rivulets of goodness cook and grind under an undulating surface…

We listened to Gone Too Far:

The principle voice embellishes the horizon with immediate effect.

The faltering waltz-like rhythm will help you travel around the room with your love.

Guitars bubble like small geysers of gold-wire, and finger-plucked rivulets of goodness cook and grind under an ever undulating surface.

But all the while, it’s that golden voice that poises so proud and magnificent. And attracts so much attention.

Folk-pop with the quality vocals and drama and feeling to be found in every seam.
