When Toronto (Canada) indie electronic pop duo Most People [Brandon Gibson-DeGroote & Paul McEachern] issued their ice-cool and thoroughly spangled ‘Falling Apart’ single we thought it was filled with “Incisive twangs and cultivated air, shoe-shine curves, and glistening bump-along rhythms…”

So we are pleased to be able to premiere the new song “Telephone” taken from their EP, Violet Spaces – Most People:
This has great flashes of space — between shivers of light — as the leggy pace lopes along like a giraffe with back pain.
That vocal is amazing and full of anguish.
The high ‘Woo-Woos’ add a dimension that’s almost angelic, but the voice is (largely) earth-bound, determined and thought-filled.
And that’s what we like… Because this requires attention and arouses emotions — till they boil in your heart.
The finale (with beautifully evocative horn notes that resonate on a distant horizon) reaches a stunning climax.
Spectacular electro pop that drills holes in your heart and contains more than enough emotion to feed you through the day.
