FLYING COLORS ( the super-prog-band comprising of drummer Mike Portnoy, bassist Dave LaRue, guitarist Steve Morse, vocalist/guitarist Casey McPherson and keyboardist Neal Morse) are thrilled to announce that they have been nominated for two Progressive Music Awards: Band of the Year and Album of the Year.
To celebrate their nomination, the band have released a new official video for ‘Fury of My Love’ that’s taken from Second Nature. You can see the video [below.]

We checked it out:
This incredibly beautiful song is an extraordinary tapestry of love, fear, hope and victory.
The amazing vocal flourishes from Casey are sumptuous & well-balanced. Never a controlling influence, he takes you by the hand , as a caring guide, through the stresses and tribulations.
As the song gets bolder, and it grows little-by-little , a sense of reverence is sure to overtake you…As the sounds reverberate through your ventricles.
This is intense and magnificent.
The band are also offering fans the chance to win exclusive prizes: A Steve Morse autographed Music Man Guitar, a 20-minute Skype lesson and conversation with Steve Morse, a Signed Drum Head and a Flying Colors Vinyl Collection.
To enter, all you have to do is briefly share your favourite Flying Colors memory and vote over at flyingcolorsmusic.com. The band will pick their favourite memory for the prize winners. Visitors can also vote for all Prog Award categories there.
