They returned to New York City with hula hoops in their luggage and surf-rock on their minds… If they went into the studio right away, this is what it might have sounded like. Well, kind of, anyway.
This song sways like a tipsy palm tree… it’s true.
And it roars like a war chant and thunders like the rolling waves.
Righteous, earthy and corroded. This burns and soothes in equal measure. Fierce stuff — but kind too!
