Hawaiian drums alert us to the tropical nature of Emergency Tiara’s new number: ‘When I Grow Up.’
At the age of 22 Emergency Tiara moved from Tokyo to Boston, Massachusetts.
After graduating from the Berklee College of Music, she headed to the Big Apple where she honed her bubbly pop craft.
The voice on When I Grow Up is clear as a crystal pool.
With a cute smile, and a lucky wave.
The vintage rhythms slide along easily as the melody joins hands with you — to turn and twist you around. What a whirl!
This is fun, pink and irrelevant. But not in a bad way… in a good ‘n’ goofy way!
