Surfari Harmonies from THE ORIELLES — Here’s a Fresh EP + Live Dates

The rising Halifax, Yorkshire trio THE ORIELLES are back this Spring with a new EP titled Jobin.

The EP will be released 25th March via ART IS HARD

ORIELLES rectFamed for their exquisite surfari harmonies, their glistening guitars and their punchy basslines, this pop trio — consisting of sisters Esme and Sid Hand-Halford and with friend Henry Wade — spent much of last summer blowing people away with their electrifying sets at places like the Dot To Dot festival, Live At Leeds and Liverpool Sound City.

Now they prepare to hit the road again [dates below] bringing along their first EP of the year…

We checked out Jobin — This sparkles with joy and foamy, pebbly sounds.

The lustrous chromium plated vocals crash against flinty percussive shorelines… Jobin doesn’t so much bend as swerve ‘n’ glide

Like a Santa Cruz open-topped cruiser glinting in the salty brightness.

This is groovy and surfalicious rock ‘n’ roll fun …
