One of our favourite bands, Press to MECO from Croydon & Crawley [UK] are a progressive hardcore rock metal pop-band that blend 3-part harmonies with catchy riffs and corruptively powerful instrumental breakdowns.

It has been announced that the band have been nominated for the The Association of Independent Music award in the category INDEPENDENT ALBUM OF THE YEAR — sponsored by the distribution expertsThe Orchard

Other contenders in this category include Lapsley, Radiohead, Roots Manuva and Skepta.

The sixth annual AIM Independent Music Awards will take place at The Brewery in London on 6th September 2016.

The ceremony will be packed with the independent music industry’s finest, all turning out to celebrate another outstanding year for independent music

We’re absolutely honoured to have been nominated for ‘Independent Album Of The Year’ at the AIM Awards nominations […] and even more so to be sat alongside the likes of Radiohead...”

I feel like a debut album is a huge landmark in any artist’s career so the fact we’ll remember it as gaining this kind of recognition is incredible…” – Luke Caley, Vocals/Guitar.
