BROKEN WITT REBELS are a Birmingham (UK) based indie-blues and soul-rock 4-piece.
Their sharp and dynamic approach to song-writing and recording provides the listener with an energizing blues experience that seems entirely unique.

When we heard their single “Low” we thought it had the glamor and dazzle of a tinsel curtain … in other words shimmer-eyed sadness and lost soul.
Georgia Pine is their new 5-track EP that everyone is talking about…
They have now released a smashing new video for title track “Georgia Pine” — we had a listen:
This blues-rock number features hot crumb-rubber rhythms and Danny Core’s superb asphalt ‘n’ concrete vocals.
It automotes like a heavy truck on the highway. In other words, this songs lumbers — smooth, dangerous and heavy.
This is perfectly structured, both musically and lyrically. With plenty of smart “Ronnie Wood style” guitar play and oodles of subtle energy.
Is it influenced by the jazz-standard Sweet Georgia Brown? We dunno. But it’s sure to remind you of vintage FACES — and especially the sounds from their “Nod Is As Good As a Wink” glory-days.
That ain’t no bad thing — is it?
