Los Angeles’ KING WASHINGTON draw influences from diverse styles such as Grizzly Bear, The Talking Heads, The Beatles and Crosby, Stills & Nash and are in the thick of what has been described as the “New California sound.”

Band members members Tyson Kelly (guitar, keys, vocals) George Krikes (lead guitar, vocals) and Billy Lee (bass, vocals) joined by David Contreras on drums, meld classic vocal harmonies and wondrous lyrical melodies with a contemporary approach to songwriting.

The band has created a bold and incomparable sound that is as inventive and modern as it is familiar.

Now the indie rockers sign to The End Records for new studio album.
