Two years after the release of Black & Gold, the Swedish rock quartet THUNDERMOTHER has revealed the first details of their forthcoming new studio album, to be titled Dirty & Divine.

The disc is due February 7, 2025 via AFM Records. The album pre-sale has started [see links below.]

A furious barrage of loud, feel good, and seductive hard rock, Dirty & Divine heralds a new chapter in Thundermother history and showcases the recording debut of two new members: drummer Joan Massing and frontwoman Linnea Vikström Egg.

Majsan Lindberg, the band bassist, has also returned to Dirty & Divine.

The Swedes are back: heavier, bolder, and more dominant than before. On So Close, they’re a revitalised, rebuilt, and thoroughly re-optimised line-and-dangerous physicality!

After releasing “Speaking of the Devil” and “I Left My License in the Future,” the rock queen’s new single “So Close,” their buoyant album opener was close to not being included on the new album:

All the other songs were done,” reveals says founding member Filippa Nässil. “And [we found] it turned out so well it made it across the finish line. It seems we might have stumbled upon a hit.”
