BLACK EYED SONS, the rock ‘n’ rolling kings of high-energy boogie-woogie — with their oil & turpentine vocals, and their interwoven guitars — deliver bold, danceable tunes filled-to-the-brim with exciting guitar riffs, and rawest rhythms.
They now release their album title-track, ‘Cowboys in Pinstriped Suits’ (written with Joe Elliot, Ryan Roxie, and Chip Z’Nuff) which is a unique musical experience. The song is a perfect blend of timelessness and melancholy, with a chorus so catchy it’s instantly and very splendidly loveable.

Frontman vocalist Guy Griffin says: “I wanted to write a song that’s both a celebration and a bittersweet reflection on my golden days of rock ’n’ roll.
As a teenager, I dreamt of living that life—of standing in the spotlight, feeling the roar of the crowd. And then, that dream came true… but dreams don’t always turn out exactly as you picture them. Careful what you wish for!
This song is my love letter to the era that shaped me. It’s in the style of Mott, Bowie, and the greats, so who else would I ask to bring it to life but Joe Elliott? Our mutual love of Mott the Hoople is what first brought us together in The Down ’n’ Outz, and now, here we are again…”
BLACK EYED SONS ARE: Guy Griffin (lead vocals/guitar), Paul Guerin (guitar), Keith Weir (keyboards), Nick Mailing (bass), and Pip Mailing (drums)
