The fast rising Winchester trio Wild Smiles have played with Superfood, a UK tour with Drenge, a Paris show at David Lynch’s Club Silencio and have already picked up some great support. Wild Smiles are currently working on their debut album, which is expected later this year.
Wild Smiles are: Chris Peden (Vocals, Guitar), Joe Peden (Vocals, Bass) and Ben Cook (Drums).

The rapid pace of this piece is sub-launched by a bunch of compressed bedspring guitars. These oscillate and jangle with increasing fascination.
The echoing voices are mature and pearly – ascending in warmth and cheerfullness.
The sounds seem authentically rooted in traditional folk music and rock ‘n’ roll – like the Byrds of yore – with a simple but effective chorus that wheedles its way into your brain and will not be easily dislodged.
