RÜFÜS Find a Sundream

Australian trio RÜFÜS are back with their new single ‘Sundream’ – out 8 September on Columbia Records.

‘Sundream’ will coincide with their debut appearances at Reading and Leeds Festival on Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd respectively.

‘Sundream’ is another sun-drenched indie-house banger; A dreamy summer-time anthem, packed with antipodean charm and Balearic vibes.

It is the 3rd single to be taken from RÜFÜS’ debut full-length ‘ATLAS,’ released over here in April.

We checked out ‘Sundream’ :

The reflection symmetry in this wonderfully opulent pool of swishy sounds – and hazy reflections – creates a refreshing lush wash.

Then oil, gem and flint pieces start moving quickly around the main axis.

These form into shapes that fly and glide like crazy kites in an azure blue sky.

The result is dreamy and minimal.

Yet this also swings and oscillates … like the tail of a peacock caught in a glare.
