Californian dream-pop outfit I, Us, & We comprising of Jordan Doverspike, Evan Doverspike and Aaron Doverspike float in a surreal space above a sparse and alien landscape – the observer can only do that which they are intended to do: Observe.
The band will be releasing their first EP entitled ‘Mono’ in February.

We had a listen:
“Lanterns” marches in with forthright boldness – trumping a bass-rhythm that extrudes particles into the air and makes the going stony…
But the main voice is sumptuous as it splendidly reaches the high-altars… when synthesizers reach their full potential.
This is full of wind-waves and mechanical motions – yet the song still conveys a sweet sense of calmness – this permeates the piece from the trough to crest.
“Sunday” is slow and sinuous and it meanders like a lazy day in the sun.
It’s gentle and sweet with particularly high-born vocals that are almost miraculous in quality and clarity.
The rhythms riffle beneath the voices – creating an undulating sea-bed of sandy comfort.
The slightly jarring ‘Alive’ completes this wonderfully ambrosial EP.
This number is a bit down in spirit – perhaps sad/hopeful in equal measure.
It has bell tinkles of the finest clarity and patches of dappled sunlight – these are only occasionally glimpsed – the weak rays flickering away before they are even properly born.
Wondrous and dreamy synth-pop with exceptional vocals – so mirage-like in quality that your perceptions will be happily bewildered.
