Superfit Punky Rock from STEALING SIGNS — New Single Hide and Seek — For Fans of The Kooks

Essex (UK) indie rock quartet Stealing Signs have issued a new song called Hide and Seek.

The band have been compared to Biffy Clyro, whilst others have suggested Circa Waves or Wolf Alice.

They have produced tracks for both Jersey Shore and The Real Show and the band has been name-checked by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver.

We had a listen to Hide and Seek:

This has wonderful rebound.

As if its being played on a pile of jolly bed-springs.

We love Nick Acton’s voice as well, it is clear and passionate.

With the higher and more fluid moments thrown, like dust, into the rhythmic foreground.

The beats are catchy too, and will keep your head nodding.

High-octane happiness, with a pleasantly uplifting melody, a superfit voice and some fast-paced zeal.

This is classy indie-pop for those who prefer their punky rock to be uplifting rather than shoegazing.
