We have been following the West Coast neo-punk twins Wyatt and Fletcher Shears aka The Garden for a while now and we have previously described their devilish, punkish and salty sounds as “Rumble-strips of rhythm [accompanying] the throaty persuasion of ripening vocals…”
So we are pleased to announce that the duo are set to release their debut album entitled “HAHA” via Epitaph / Burger Records on October 9 — which offers a glimpse into their world of breakbeat propelled anarchy.

To get us in the mood, we heard the title track from HaHa:
This bristles with electric potential and dynamic electrolysis.
The wavering sounds and the down-turned sheets of noise help to illustrate agro-lazy voice and the powerful word-play punts as they — little-by-little — turn your headspace inside out.
Full of ambidextrous accents, voltinating rhythms and tons of rechargeable power…
This is hooky and wild…
