The Australian artist BEN ABRAHAM, whom the Sydney Morning Herald has described as “one of the best new male voices...” recently débuted a new video directed by Oh Yeah Wow for “You And Me” — which is the first track to be taken from his album Sirens, which will be released on March 4 via Secretly Canadian.
Since he started to write songs while working in a hospital, Abraham has worked with artists such as Ta-ku, Wafia and Gotye as well as recording his album.
The son of Indonesian folk-pop stars, he rose to prominence in his hometown of Melbourne and throughout Australia, where his where his voice and talent at live performances have consistently blown audiences away.

Abraham recorded and produced Sirens in Melbourne with the help of friends and long-time collaborators Jono Steer and Leigh Fisher. The album also features a collaboration with Sara Bareilles, who connected with Abraham online and became friends with him several years ago.
We listened to You and Me by Ben Abraham
This is a gently poppled song with wavelets of sound and true emotion running right across it.
The rolling rhythms are hardly visible — transparent almost — as the compassionate desire and that warm-hearted nutbrown voice clutches and rubs your sensitivity…
There is haunting nostalgia here too (how can I stop loving you when my heart tells me to?) And genuine desire.
Is this where the lovelution starts?
