Manchester band THE CHARLATANS have just released their thirteenth full-length studio album Different Days, out this weekend via BMG on digital, CD, and vinyl.

Co-produced by Jim Spencer, the album was recorded at the band’s studio in Cheshire. It features contributions from an array of friends including Paul Weller and Johnny Marr and even crime writer Ian Rankin and writer/actress & presenter Sharon Horgan.
It follows on from the success of The Charlatans’ last album Modern Nature, which drew critical praise across the board, and notched up their eighth Top Ten on the album chart, all capped off with a lifetime achievement award from Q Magazine.
Different Days includes the janglesome single “Plastic Machinery” featuring Johnny Marr & Pete Salisbury. You can watch the music video below.
