Hudson County, NJ based folk rock band FERENTZ AND THE FELONS featuring Zak Ferentz on vocals/guitar with Matt Waz on drums, Robert Dudziak on bass and, on live dates, Rich Catalano on lead guitar, have released their single titled “Hudson County” the title track from their new album, due out July 13th 2018.
Although this number is filled with bonny tension, the auditory sensation never stops the grim reality of real-life difficulties — caused by hardships during upbringing — from leaking through.
The beat strikes at the core like the pelting of relentless rain and the voice is sharp and crispy… but there is also hope and forgiveness.
A profound achievement.
