Britain’s No. 1 blues rock band KING KING has won three UK Blues Awards.
The UKBlues Awards are awarded by the UKBlues Federation, who organise, run and oversee the annual awards ceremony. This year the event took place at the magnificent Southern Pavilion at Worthing Pier on Saturday 19th May.

The band received the awards for “Blues Band of the Year”, “Blues Album of the Year” (Exile & Grace) and “Blues Songwriter of the Year” (Alan Nimmo).
We thought that Exile & Grace had vocals that bombinate like advancing snow-slides, fizzacular guitars, psychedelic organs and boogie-woogie rhythms.
King King are currently on tour in the UK with Canadian One-Man band Steve Hill who is supporting the band on their four remaining UK Tour dates.
Directly after the culmination of their current UK tour, King King will headline the Newport Rock and Blues Festival at the Newport Neon on Saturday 2nd June 2018.
The Newport festival features a fabulous line-up including: Ben Poole, the Climax Blues Band, The Brew and The Luke Doherty Band. Tickets are available via www.kingking.co.uk/tour and www.newportbluesfestival.co.uk/tickets.html
