“Art and Love” is kind-mannered and yielding, with a sway of synth-wave electronics and a delicious jellified vibe that bumps along beneath decorous chordophone imagery and finishes off with a light yet capable rap. The voice is silver as starlight — glinty glamour, with a hint of heartache under layers of silk.
