The Swedish chart-topping RnB sensation MOLLY HAMMAR, from Stockholm, has teamed up with fellow #SwedeSoul artist Kim Cesarion to release an arresting co-written duet titled “Show Me.”
Produced by Pontus Persson, ‘Show Me’ is the third single to come from Molly’s forthcoming EP to be released this autumn.
Molly says, “Both myself and Kim are hopeless romantics, so when we got together in the studio for the first time it was clear that we were going to write a song about love...”
Molly Hammar grew up with jazz musician parents and Kim Cesarion had a background in classical music, but their shared love for R&B makes this communion so vital.
Kim Cesarion had a breakthrough debut single in 2013. ‘Undressed’ that accumulated more than 24 million YouTube views. “Seizing the opportunity to work with one of the best voices in Sweden was a total no brainer for me...” says Kim. “Me and Molly have a similar approach to the creative process… and the producer Pontus Persson was the perfect match.”
With chilly ice chips the melody springs forth to resemble: “Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic” — though its sensual pace and general lolly-gagging idleness makes this a smooth-textured charm of peace. The vocals are celestial and the mutuality is ennobling. Love, love love!
