Lead track “Oh Yeah” is plucky and snazzy.

Like Elvis Costello with a nose-full of stringy mucus. The bass notes are temperamental and the rhythms are a smash.

Crawl” is grumblier and bruisier, too. Punkish and not at all dissimilar to something from mid-career Green Day. i.e. good strong melodies and lurking emissions.

Taking Over” is angry yet clean-cut punk rock. The pace is fascinatingly boppy and the underlying trend is grumbly.

So this lies someplace between the emerald beauty of The Kinks and the driving beats of The Jam.
