We have already written about the classic British hard rockers THE JOKERS.
Comprising of Wane Parry, Paul Hurst, Dan Evans, Phil Hartley — the lads take inspiration from Classic bands such as Kiss, The Who and Led Zeppelin.
We’ve been listening to their single, “Silver City” —
This has a groovy beat and terrific vocals that run along the edge of the bass-notes.
The guitar is a steaming stew of melodic jostle.
The hyper-active gold-diggin’ chorus is a thrust of pelvic proportions and flashes its heiny at you like an earnest lap-dancer at a Vegas Strip-joint.
