The ever-accomplished maximum hard-working country roots & rock ‘n’ roll duo EVERETTE have released a new title-track single taken from their forthcoming E.P. Keys To Kentucky.
The Bullitt County, Kentucky musicians: songwriter / producer / guitarist /singer Anthony Olympia (he played on the Sam Hunt album Southside) with performer and ASCAP Foundation (Leon Brettler Award) singer-songwriter Brent Rupard, have been plying their unique brand of fussless, swampy, rock ‘n’ roll that comes vitalized by country-lovin’ blues all around the U.S. and into Europe over the last few years. The duo signed to BMG records in 2018.
A lavishly loving melody of kindhearted proportions…

Describing their single, the band explains, “Keys to Kentucky is a subtle, unassuming letter of hope to the one that got away. Loving someone enough to let them go find themselves out in the world while also letting them know the door is always open for them to come back.”
A lavishly loving melody of kindhearted proportions is communicated by this gently constructed, delicately strummed, and very carefully accomplished song. Endearing!
