SWEET Full Circle UK Live Dates

SWEET Live UK Dates

The rock band SWEET, which originated in London in 1968, has captivated the world of music for over five decades.

Formed out of Wainwright’s Gentlemen (1963-1967) a project that included Tony Hall, Mick Tucker, Robin Box, Brian McManus (Connolly) and Jan Frewer, the band were a dominant force in the 70’s glam rock revolution.

SWEET’s music resonated globally, resulting in over 55 million records sold and 34 chart-topping positions.

Despite their longevity, the band still delivers a powerful live performance, capturing the energy and soaring vocals that define their iconic sound.

SWEET started writing songs for their final album, ‘Full Circle’ in 2019, before the pandemic hit.

The band ditched the project and released ‘Isolation Boulevard’ instead. The material was given a unique twist through remote recording sessions. The album was very popular, and its single “Set Me Free” made it onto numerous Heritage Rock Charts as well as defining the spirit of the moment.
