Kate Copeland is an electro and neo-orchestral folk ‘n’ pop composer and singer originally from Port Townsend, WA. She works out of New York City.
Her album — Recollection Room — is out now and Kate has released a video for the track “Breaking” taken from the new album.

We had a listen:
This has quivering gasps of fly-winged banjo. Trembling like a new leaf on a nervous branch.
The vocal is polycrystal in quality. With patches of glassy druze.
It’s quite clear to see the green jasper songwash below. And it’s as cool as mint.
Although it is a song of cracked-heart sadness, Breaking gradually grows bolder… It soon becomes irresistibly courageous and becoming.
Heart and soul revelations.
From a girl who is not afraid to confront her emotions. And is proficient enough to create something beautiful and intricate from just a few fine threads.
