Following their UK Headline Tour in September THE KRIS BARRAS BAND have just announced they will be supporting the terrific JOANNE SHAW TAYLOR on her October tour for 10 dates [listed below]
The popular British blues guitarist and singer-songwriter JOANNE SHAW TAYLOR opened for JOE BONAMASSA at three of his British Blues Explosion concerts in the UK in July 2016. Her sixth album “Wild” has been described as “Defining and emotional...”
Meanwhile the Devon UK guitarist and blues singer KRIS BARRAS is having a fantastic year… He released the new album ‘The Divine And Dirty’ in March, when he played a headline tour selling out shows across the country and supported Beth Hart on her April-May UK Tour.
Talking about the tours Kris says: “I’ve been a big fan of Joanne for many years, so to head out on the road with her and her band…it’s awesome. We’ll be doing an acoustic trio set, similar to what we did on tour with Beth Hart. It’ll be stripped back versions of tracks from both of my albums and although they’re acoustic, we will make sure that it’s still got plenty of ooommff!”
