Now the band release the first single and accompanying video titled ‘Poison’ from a forthcoming (as yet untitled) EP.
Poison is a riff-based roadburner that screams along a highway of fire with razor-wire vocals that bootlace across the tight rhythms, and a searing-hot guitar solo that flames into the ready ether.
For a rock ‘n’ roll generation that holds onto the best while anticipating the worst, Poison is a stirring and passionate anthem. It’s larger-than-living-life without fear!
Speaking about the Poison, vocalist Lindsey Bonnick says “When the guys sent me the first demo for Poison, I was immediately inspired. The melody and lyrics poured out of me and by the morning we had our first single!”
Guitarist Ed adds “It was Billy who set the challenge to write a song in the vein of AC/DC, or our recent faves, The Southern River Band. What was initially a bit of a ’tongue in cheek’ riff quickly became this huge driving anthem…”
