PATLANSKY — 2017 Tour

Celebrated South African blues rock guitarist DAN PATLANSKY returns to the UK for an April thru May 2017 UK Tour with special guest Ash Wilson.

Introvertigo - Dan Patlansky
Introvertigo – Dan Patlansky

We saw Patlansky in 2016 at London’s JAZZ CAFE where he “unleashed a whole slew of wha, dumbfounding string technique and fleshy vibrato…

And for guitar wizardry and sensitivity (dare-we-even-say, compassion) we reckon he’s the most hypnotic red-notch blues rock we have heard in a long time…

His 2017 UK tour will follow his the successful release of his album Introvertigo which we reviewed in our Purple PRINT EDITION and declared it to be “vigorously animated and highly effective.”

The album was voted #1 Blues Rock Album of 2016 by the Blues Rock Review.

Patlansky’s special guest is the Lincolnshire-based singer-songwriter ASH WILSON.

He’s been hailed as one of the UK’s most exciting and distinctive vocalists, guitarists and songwriters on the British contemporary blues scene.

Wilson’s debut album, Broken Machine, will be released 21st April and features bassist Roger Inniss (Chaka Khan, ex-Laurence Jones), keyboardist Bob Fridzema (King King), and guitarist Jesse Davey (The Hoax).
