The multi-talented South London-based 6 Music and 1 Xtra-tipped R&B and Soul artist, OSCAR JEROME has shared his new single, ‘Do You Really’.
‘Do You Really’ finds Oscar at his most socially aware with pertinent lyrics that address issues of masculinity and sexuality.
The track is accompanied by a dizzy video [shared below] that captures Jerome and his bandmates bathed in oil-paint and awash in the hypnosis of some pretty alluring visuals. In fact, it’s as fluidic & polychromatic as a peeling of chameleon skin…
Speaking about the clip, Jerome says: “Everyone featured in the video either plays in the band or helped produce the song. We wanted to have fun and be playful with the video and so the concept was based around us existing in alternate funky reality where people bathe in records and wear sunglasses inside.”
