Redoubtable Portsmouth based UK songstress, producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist WYSE has returned with the release of an unrelenting new single titled “Run Away” out now.
Combining superbad boozy hooks with palpitating blips of percussion, and her ever-undiluted, vociferously passionate vocals, Run Away is an unapologetic slice of spirited, guitar-driven alt-rock that immediately packs a hit peppery wallop.
About the single, WYSE suggests: “I’ve always found that resentment is seen as this really “ugly” emotion for some reason. When I was turned down by somebody I was dating, I felt ashamed for feeling resentful about it.”
