FALLING RED — My Town My City

FALLING RED are a bunch of stylish, Cumbrian-based, lifeblood heavy-rockers who deliver exhilarating live music to everyone they meet.

Falling Red “We took a different approach to normal…”

Famously, these British good-time rockers do not take themselves too seriously, “When we play live shows we find we need to participate in all the party-time antics, so we offer thrill-rides a-plenty. We supply vibrating sensations, ecstatic tingles and the best rockin’ time of your life.”

Today they reveal their new video for single ‘My Town My City’. The track is from their exciting new album ‘Lost Souls’ due to be released on 16th March, 2018.

Vocalist and lead guitarist Andrew Roze comments “This song is very much not the norm for us when it comes to writing Falling Red songs but when we sat down to start writing for the Lost Souls album, we took a different approach to normal. Usually once a couple of songs are written, we write to a theme or idea but this time we just sat down and wrote songs we love playing.”

Channelling the ideas found in Nickelback’s Rockstar video, this concentrates on homespun values rather than vacuous wannabe desires, and features vignettes from 13 Stars, Chasing Dragons, Estrella , Fahran, Flush the Fashion, Fragile Things, Knock Out Kaine, Massive Wagons, New Generation Superstars, Panther, Speedstroke, Star Rats, Stevie Pearce and the Hooligans and Theia.

It’s sincere, unapologetic and warm hearted. Really quite wonderful.

Taking ‘Lost Souls’ out on the road later this month, the band will be launching new material and consolidating their reputation for exciting live performance. Check dates below vid.
