The Melbourne, Australia based storytelling RnB/pop artist KINKORA aka Elise Kausman is inspired by classic Motown and brings to mind the charisma of Kira Puru with the incantatory efficiency of Erykah Badu.
This week she released her sophomore track titled: “You Got Me”
The 90s inspired ‘n’ stripped-back release is bluesy in nature, with gentle guitar and grainy percussion.
On the sensuous number her voice glistens like the wings of a silver storm seraph and flies higher than a wedge-tailed eagle. The glossy backing vocals add grandeur and dazzle.
A song of shimmering comfort.
